💛Services include: computer assembly, customized split water-cooled host, accessories upgrade, computer repair (desktop & laptop), dust cleaning, system reinstallation, etc.💛

In addition, if the PC and monitor need to be installed at home, an additional one-time labor fee of $50 will be charged.

Express IT service (out of business hours):
For commercial customers or customers who need urgent service, an additional $99 expedited fee will be charged for the first hour. After placing an order and paying, the repair will be carried out within 24 hours. Door-to-door and Onsite service during non-business hours will be charged as expedited services!!!

Fee Rules:
If the total service time is less than one hour, we will charge the full fee for the first hour.
In addition, all services exceeding 1 hour will be charged every half hour, and those less than half an hour will be charged as half an hour. (The first hour cannot be calculated as half an hour) See below for details‼

Estimated service time:
After accepting the order, we will provide an estimated time frame so that the customer can have a rough idea of ​​what to expect. This time frame will be based on our initial assessment of the computer and the challenges that may be encountered during the assembly/repair process. We strive to be transparent and do our best to complete the repair within the estimated time frame.

Repairs beyond one hour:
If the actual repair time exceeds one hour, we will communicate with the customer promptly and provide a detailed report of the work completed. The customer will have the opportunity to review the progress of the repair and determine whether to proceed with the repair work.

Work Records and Traceability:
We will keep detailed work records for each maintenance task, including the specific content of the maintenance, the parts used, the time spent on the maintenance, etc. These records are available for customers to review at any time to ensure a clear understanding of the maintenance process and provide customers with controllable service quality.
