Refund policy

All products purchased from EZYPC are subject to the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions contain information about your legal rights and obligations, including applicable exclusions and limitations. By ordering any product from EZYPC ("EZYPC"), you ("Customer/Consumer") agree to be bound by the terms and conditions listed below. You and EZYPC agree that the following terms are the exclusive terms of sale between EZYPC and the customer.

Terms of Use:

This Standard Terms and Conditions Agreement ("Agreement") contains the terms and conditions applicable to any product purchased, received, delivered, or used from EZYPC or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates. By accepting the delivery of the products described on your invoice from EZYPC, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Any attempt to modify, supplement, or amend this document or to place a product order subject to additional or altered terms and conditions is void unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by both parties. These terms and conditions may be modified at any time at the sole discretion of EZYPC without prior written notice.

Definitions:

"We," "our," or "us" refers to EZYPC.

"You" or "your" refers to the individual or entity named on the invoice.

Payment Terms:

Orders; Interest. Advertised prices are in Australian dollars and, unless otherwise stated, do not include shipping, handling, or any taxes imposed by your jurisdiction. Payment terms are determined by EZYPC at its sole discretion. Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, EZYPC must receive payment before accepting an order. EZYPC may invoice parts of an order separately. You agree to pay interest at the highest rate allowed by law on all overdue amounts.

Shipping and Ownership:

EZYPC will arrange for the shipment of the products you purchase. Ownership of the product transfers to you once EZYPC delivers the product to the carrier, and risk of loss transfers to you when the carrier delivers the product to your designated address. Software ownership remains with the software licensor, and your use of the software is subject to the applicable software license agreement. You must notify EZYPC of any missing or damaged items in your order within five (5) days of receiving the product.

Cancellation:

Once an order is placed, we begin processing it immediately. Since each PC we sell is customized (or built-to-order), this includes ordering stock, allocating resources, administrative work, and other related processes, all of which are business costs. As a result, we cannot accept cancellations for a full refund once an order is placed. Cancellations are handled in two ways: 1) Cancelling the order and issuing a refund with a 25% restocking fee deduction. 2) Cancelling the order and providing full credit in the form of a discount code for future use on our website, which can be used in one or multiple transactions. We strongly advise you to carefully consider this cancellation policy before finalizing your purchase, as it is non-negotiable.

Warranty:

All new PC systems come with a two-year warranty (starting from the date of purchase). If your PC experiences issues during this period, you may return it to us for repairs (shipping fees may apply). EZYPC provides a 24-month return-to-base warranty on all purchased computers, commencing from the date of purchase. Our technicians may require up to 14 business days to complete any return-to-base warranty claims. Products manufactured by other manufacturers will have their own defect/repair warranty information. Please check the manufacturerā€™s warranty return policies.

Second-hand products: Only desktop computers come with a 14-day warranty. All other second-hand products are sold as-is and do not include a warranty.

Please note that EZYPC does not provide services to international customers. All sales, warranties, and support are available only within Australia.

Limitation of Liability:

EZYPC does not accept any liability beyond the warranty terms outlined above, including for the inability to use the product, loss or damage to data or software, or the provision of services and support. Even if informed of the possibility of such damages, EZYPC is not liable for lost profits, business losses, or any consequential, special, indirect, or punitive damages, nor for any claims made by third parties, except as expressly stated herein. You agree that EZYPCā€™s total liability related to any product purchase shall not exceed the total amount paid for the purchase governed by this Agreement.
